Step-by-Step Assembly & Freezing

Step 1
Prepare the Tempeh Crumble: After boiling the tempeh, crumble it by hand, then pan-fry in olive oil with seasonings. Set aside.

Step 2
Layer the Ingredients: Spread 2-3 spoonfuls of pizza sauce on each crust, followed by shredded mozzarella.

Step 3
Distribute the Toppings: Evenly layer the cheese, onions, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, tempeh crumbles, and any optional ingredients.

Step 4
Final Cheese Touch: Sprinkle a small amount of blended Parmesan over the top.

Step 5

Instructions
